QueueTech - Refund Policy
1. Introduction

Queue Tech Ltd (“Queue Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality crowd control hardware and digital solutions. We understand that there may be occasions where a refund is required. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all products and services purchased directly from Queue Tech, including:

  • Crowd Control Hardware (e.g., retractable belt posts, wall-mounted barriers, café banners).
  • Digital AI-Driven Pods & SaaS Services.
  • Custom and Bespoke Orders.

If you have purchased from an authorised distributor, please refer to their refund policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Hardware Products

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – If a product is faulty upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Product Received – If we ship the wrong item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund upon return of the incorrect product.
  • Unwanted Products (Non-Faulty Items) – If you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided:
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.
  • Custom orders and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.

3.2 Digital AI-Driven Pods & SaaS Services

  • Software Subscriptions & SaaS – Refunds are not available for subscription-based services once activated. However, you may cancel future billing in line with your contract terms.
  • Malfunctioning Digital Pods – If a digital pod is defective, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund based on our five-year hardware warranty.
4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact Us – Email support@queuetech.co within the refund eligibility period.
  • Provide Proof – Include your order number, proof of purchase, and relevant photos (for damaged items).
  • Return the Item (if applicable) – We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
  • Refund Issuance – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Exclusions & Special Cases
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Installation and service fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.
  • Third-party purchases must be handled through the original vendor.
